Running out of patience

We committed to purchasing a new bx2370 with a 54" manual blade for plowing on 1/6/15. All implements are in but the plow. The dealer states we may not be able to get it until late Feb. or March.
Is anyone else experiencing difficulties getting parts from Kubota.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's not a issue isolated to Kubota, plows are in high demand right now. It was a harsh winter last year and typically snow removal equipment is a big seller the following year.

First off welcome to the forum , you are not alone waiting for snow equipment as others are in the same boat as you . You might be able to pick up a rear blade from someone else if that would help , like from tsc or everything attachments etc. .

You would think the manual ones would be in stock. The dealer said computer is saying available 1/15, but kubota is telling him Feb or March.

We have heard other stories about inventory, not just Kubota. This is a bad time of year for any equipment related to snow removal, so I'd say you just need to accept it's not going to be in stock for a while. If you wanted to be sure about availability, the time to order would have been about 6 months ago, before the winter rush (especially after last winter).

Sounds like the company that makes the blades for Kubota is out of stock. Try another brand.

Not just Kubota,I had a friend purchase a JD 1023E with blower.....problem can't get the blower!

As others said, getting snow removal equipment in season can be dificult especially in difficult or following difficult snow years. BTW a complete blade assy is not a part but an attachment. I am sure that if you needed a "part" for your front blade it would be easier to get.

I have had the same used Kubota for 34 years. It is a pain to not have it now but, in the long run you will be okay. Motivating me to put some 3pt. blades out for sale, instead of lying out back. I pick mine up at auctions threw out the year and only buy if really selling low.
