Rural Living Menu page

For the last couple of days when I load Rural Living, the menu page looks funny. All the items are there, just the wrong size and locations. Links to threads work fine.

This is only on the menu page of R-L.
The thread pages inside R-L are fine.
The menu page on other forums (6+) I've tried are normal.
This is a Windows 8.1 desktop.
Page is fine on my Win 8.1 laptop.
Page is fine when viewed on I.E on this desktop.

It seems to me to be isolated to this pc and this one page. I'm befuddled. Any suggestions?

SOLVED: Along the lines of Aaron's suggestion, I cleared the browser cache and all is now well.
