Cougar spotted in wealthy Portland neighborhood - oregonlive.com

A cougar was caught on camera traipsing through a residential property just outside of Southwest Portland over the weekend.

I saw a big cougar print just off Terwilliger about 30 years ago. Forest Park is 5000 acres of undeveloped timber inside the city limits, and they have established a wildlife corridor all the way to the coast. Wildlife in Portland is nothing new.
