I've come across a 2004 B7510 with very low hours. It has unfortunately lived outside and shows more rust than I would have expected.
The only rust that really concerns me is found at the top of the hydraulic cylinder tubes on the LA302 loader. I can't tell what's caused this...maybe grease is leaking and destroyed the paint or leaves and debris were left sitting and holding water...but the pitting is pretty deep and it will have to be fixed.
Below are a couple of pictures. I suppose this has the potential to become a structural problem. Is it a big deal and how would you fix it?
Thanks.
