I learned of the process from a vendor at a home show a year or so ago. I must have chunked the literature in the trash because it isn't in my trash literature pile. I tried googling I couldn't come up with a commercial site that does residential. If you check your local yellow pages you might find someone who does it, maybe it doesn't cost that much for a small job. I can't remember the example price they gave, I keep thinking they said around $4,000 for a slab house with 2 baths and a kitchen. It wasn't cheap but it would beat re- plumbing the whole house and would be very convenient, it was a one day deal.

I certainly didn't take it as an insult, Brad, but unfortunately what you suggested is just what I figured I ought to do; I was just hoping there might be something easier that I didn't know about. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

you pretty much said it there partner. repalce the pipe with copper or PVC .
