I've pretty much come down to either a Kubota M6060 or M7060 or the RX6620 or RX 7320.

I've already looked at the Kubota's and they seemed like good machines, but the dealer kept pushing the 8 speed over the 12. I'm guessing because they had 8 speeds on the lot. Plus there's about 8,000 dollars difference on the cost, while the Kioti offers more features.

I haven't got to go look at the Kioti's yet but from what I've read they seem like nice machines too. One of my wife's friends use to own a dealership till they sold it and moved. They were really high on them and recommended them, which make me feel better since they don't have any skin in the game now.

I'd love to hear from some people that have used them or own them to help me make up my mind.

I've had extensive experience with three newer Deere's and my current RX6620 powershuttle. The Deere's were a 3033R, 4044M and 6065E. For fit and finish, the R & M model Deere's definitely felt like a more expensive machine. They had the features and the finishes, textures, gauges etc. all felt high end. The E on the other hand is completely utilitarian. It is a nice machine, but it does not match up with the features of the Kioti at similar price points. I would venture a guess that a similarly equipped Kubota will be significantly more expensive than the Kioti. The finishes on the Kioti are nothing to get excited about, the gauge lights are difficult to read on bright days, and the seat is absolutely terrible. I'm 6'1" 200lbs and the seat is so narrow that it's not comfortable to buckle the seat belt because the brackets dig into my hips. The suspension is minimal and the kill switch triggers just turning around to check on your implements. Overall, it's a great machine, but it could use some refinement. 7 out of 10

I bought a 7320 last month and so far am very happy with it. Have about 20 hours of mostly loader work, feels very powerful, AC and heat both work very well. I am not what you would consider small and the seat (other than being about 2" too low) is not bad. No kill switch issues from looking around, guess I am just better ballasted. I did look at the Kubota 7060 and it was a very nice tractor but the loader had about 1000 pounds less capacity but was faster than the Kioti's. I could not tell much difference in the fit and finish between the two, but the paint on the older used Kiotis looked better than on the used Kubotas. Never got down to hard core haggling with the Kubota guys, but the initial quote for the 12 speed cab model with two remotes was about 8K higher than the Kioti, and that 8K bought bought a big hydraulic auger, a grapple, a used Schulte 10' heavy duty shredder, a grader blade and a big Woods Gill box blade.

Also recently purchased a RX7320 and have around 30 hours on it. Moved up from the DK40SEHST. The seat belt buckles are definitely narrow but I simply moved them from inside the brackets to outside the brackets and there is now plenty of room. The seat kill switch was the first thing I modified. Just jumped it out. (use your parking brake and put both shifters in neutral when exiting the cab) Fit and finish is just fine and there is nothing that i have found so far that makes me rethink the purchase other than miss the Hydro doing finer loader work.

I just purchased a RX6620 and have about 10 hours on it so far. Everything has worked well/smoothly and no initial bugs. Overall for the short time i've had it I have a very positive impression. The only negatives i can think of are the comments about the dash lights in the sun and especially the seat belt. The belt on mine feels more like something from the middle seat of a discount airline. I am definitely going to take a look at JTPs suggestion to move it outside the rail.

I have 300+ hours on my RX6620 and always look forward to any work that involves using it. No problems of any kind to report.

I too will look at putting the seat belt like JTP did with his. (great idea) Since I have a cab and relatively flat ground I took the seat belt off, but would be happy to put in back in if it works like JTP's.

My open station RX7320 was delivered in late December and I just did the 50 hour service on it. Coming from a DK50SE but between the horsepower and the weight it feels like twice the tractor. Stuck an MIE third function on first thing and am running an Everything Attachments grapple and a Danuser tree puller. I was a little skeptical about the Danuser unit but with proper technique I'm pulling 6" locusts fairly handily. Hugely satisfying to pull the roots out. Rear tires are filled with rimlock. Fit and finish are fine to me. The powershuttle is the bomb for the type of work I'm doing. Someone previously mentioned a sensitive presence sensor in the seat and that was the case on mine, especially if the seat firmness is cranked up. I solved that problem with a jumper at the presence plug. Yeah, I know it's there for a reason but it is complete PIA when I need to get up a little to see where forks are going or something. The DPF active regen has come on twice but so far I have not had to run a passive regen. That was one of my primary reservations when buying the unit but so far no problem. I'd say the ergonomics are pretty good with logical placement of controls and ease of access. The engine on the RX7320 is the same displacement as the engine on the DK50SE. It is force fed, of course, and needs to be operated a little differently than my last tractor. I carry a few more RPMs than I'm used to but it likes to run there. Fuel efficiency seems quite good there and it keeps the DPF happier I think. So far I love the tractor.

I did as JTP did on his;

It works great. I can't feel the seat belt buckles at all. So, the seat belt is back on and will stay. :thumbsup:
