s-370d 3 point lift noise

My lift on my s370d skreeching noise and will not lift smooth,I changed the fluid but it still sounds like a loose power steering belt all the way up. I am not a tractor guy but I do some mechanic work.

Remove the strainer on the lower left side near the rear wheel. It is most likely clogged and causing cavitaion in the suction line.
