s650 bison pto help needed

tractor sat some time running now but stepped on pedal on right side hard to push with foot then would not release but pto barley turns what do i need to do tractor drives fine with the reagular clutch thanks bob

Just a shot in the dark, but I would supect that your linkage is stuck. It wouldn't hurt to spray it with some penitrating oil. Let it sit and work the pedal, spray and workthe peadle, untill it is free. You should spray all of your ware points a couple times a year.
