S650 Idle Speed

My new S650 has a no-load idle speed of 1350 rpm. That is per the published spec but is a lot more than I expected. That's about half of no-load full throttle at 2600 rpm. I'm guessing it has something to do with air emissions but don't know. Does anyone know why it's this high?

Thats exactly what mine is

I am guessing its a hydraulic thing. Maybe too low a speed and the engine might bog when using the bucket?
