Noticed yesterday the wire under the seat that goes to the safety switch was crushed and the covering was all frayed. From what I can tell when you move seat to use backhoe the wire gets pinched in the seat frame. I put some eclectically tape over the area, then I wrapped the wire with an 8" length of black corrugated polyethylene tubing. Hopefully this solves problem. I think if I had waited the wire would have been cut in half. I think that if you have a backhoe with the swivel seat you might want to check the wire.

That seat switch pigtail has been an ongoing problem. Routing is the issue. The assemble plants are not paying attention to the function of what they are doing. You should follow the wire down below the seat pan. Cut the wire tie at the plug. This will give you the extra length you need for proper routing.
