I sent several e-mails to Carver Equipment a couple of weeks ago and never got a respone, might want to check your e-mail system.

We DO answer all incoming email that reaches us before 10 am each morning, including Fri, Sat, Sun and holidays.

Anyone emailing us ... that doesn't have a response with 24 hours ... should assume that we have not received your note and resend and recheck the email address you gave us. Remember. Just one character or space or "net instead of com" ... screws up our ability to respond.

During the last couple of weeks we had several emails that came in with return addresses that were non-deliverable.

We try to respond three times, then phone or fax if the info is given.

Let's try...
Send us a note and send a copy to yourself... If you get your copy. We'll probably have a good reply address as well.
Also list your phone and fax # and complete US mail address.
One way or the other ... we'll do our part.
