Samsung Galaxy J7 SKY / S727VL what case should I get?

Hi, I did a few searches and couldn't find anything to help me. I just got a smartphone to replace my older flip phone. But it is new to me, I use my Desktop for most of my internet stuff.

I want to protect it when I am out working (my old flip phone I carry in my coveralls right leg side pocket). It stays out of the way If I don't keep the phone on me, I won't have it when I need it. I have only had this Samsung for a week and am finding it kind of handy. But worried I will scratch the front screen or crack it, if I keep it in one of my coverall pockets.

If I have a good case for it, I could keep it in my Large front pocket on my bib overalls or in my rear overall pocket. I do crawl under equipt usually on my backside so maybe bib pocket best??

What do you guys do to protect you smartphones and where do you keep it ? ........... Thanks Bill

I had similar concerns when I went to a smartphone. Using a LIFEPROOF case and haven’t had any problems. I keep mine in a back pocket of my jeans. I go about my usual day that includes wriggling under something occasionally and after almost 6 months no issues. The LITEPROOF case is water proof (at least when brand new) if that is a concern.

I’ve had Otterbox and Lifeproof and after a few months found them to be overkill. I think about everyone with a new phone goes through that! You may find it to be oversized and sticky going in and out of pockets. Hit up Amazon and do a case search for your phone case. My main concern is having one that covers all four sides. Some don’t cover the bottom entirely.

I’ve really enjoyed my Magpul cases and I have a Bodyglove case now- I’ve got an iPhone so you will need to verify with the Samsung.
