This year I'm planning on attacking my Sand Burr problem areas. I was told to use MSMA but after reading the specs I can't because the fields will be grazed and/or baled. Msma has arsenic in it and not good for animals. I hope there is something that can be used that's quicker than getting a good stand of grass to squeeze them out. Any ideas? Thanks

Maybe some of our members know how to get rid of sandburs, or you might ask a county extension agent. Personally, the only way I've gotten rid of them was just by pulling them up when the ground was damp and soft, but that was just in the yard, not a pasture.
