I need to replace the exhaust on my Bison 650G. I'm replacing everything all the way to the manifold. I talked to a muffler shop who can make the pipe for me but they say they don't have a muffler the size I need.

Can anyone recommend where I can get a muffler.

Also, they need to re-use the old flange. Any ideas on where I can get a flange just in case I run into a problem.

Thanks for any replies.

I have a S670D Bison, and replaced the muffler last year. I used the stock heavy flange and had a local muffler shop use a glasspack with rounded ends and welded it to the flange piece on the bottom and for the top I had them put on a 90 degree piece with a sliced end skewed away about 45 degrees to the left away from the front. It works great and sounds good to, a little loud, but OK.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up buying an Allis Chalmers muffler at Tractor Supply (the cheapest one) and took it to a muffler shop. They cut the flange and ran new pipe the rest of the way. I clamped the pieces into place and all is good. It turned out to be much easier than I thought.
