Satoh Bison S 650 G 27 HP : PTO Problems/ Help!

I need help. I went to use my mower on my Satoh Bison for the first time this year and mt PTO is frozen. It doesn't want to turn at all. Has anyone had a similar situation or know what I should do. I don't have a manual but am looking for one if anyone knows where I can find one. Any help is appreciated. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
