satoh s 650g 27hp 4cyl gas
does anyone know where the hoses hook. I have a 2 spool valve.. sitting in the tractor seat the left handel is for the bucket tilt back and forth.. the outside handel is for the up and down bucket.. I cleaned the valve put it back the up& down works fine the bucket back and forth does not . has new fluid. the inside handel works good backwards for bucket but doesn't tilt at all.. do I need anew valve ?

Did the bucket dump fully and stay or is there no movement at all?

If dump fully and stayed there swap the position of the two hoses.

If no movement try disconnecting and reconnecting the quick disconnects for that function

Most valves the two ports directly above the spool are for that spool.

this 2 spool valve is really old about 1974, this tractor did not run when I got it . had to take tractor all apart now its all back to gether, refilled the hydraulic system. thought I had the hoses wrong only the rear worked . so I took the valve off and cleaned it out real good, did not see anything in the spool. the outside lever works the bucket up&down great. the inside will make the bucket fold back up good but will not go down at all. I have changed the hoses from front to rear with no luck yet.not sure what to do next.. hate to buy new 2 spool 226.00$

Sounds like one of your valves is only a one way function on it.--- reverse hose on this valve and try.--if bucket works just opposite of the way it does now, then I would say its one way!----I have a 650-g, but no loader on it, just bare tractor. thanks; sonny580

Look closely at the hoses going to dump circuit while operating this function. When curled back fully one of the hoses should stiffen and swell slightly from pressure. Now try to dump does this hose stiffen? If yes this would point towards a failing disconnect on that hose blocking flow from flowing out of the cylinders. Sometimes feathering the control or running the tractor at idle will allow the function to work The reduced flow does not cause the disconnect to fail
