Satoh s550g Engine Cylinder Head Spacer Plate

Ran across a Satoh s550G for a low price but the owner says it needs an "engine cylinder head spacer plate that goes between the block and head". I know what a head gasket is but not an "engine cylinder head spacer plate". The owner says the head has been redone and the tractor will run but leaks antifreeze and this part will cost $200. Is anyone familiar with this and the difficulty in replacing it?
