I have the Satoh Bull. When I lose power, it is usually air in the fuel delivery system. Bleeding may be required. It is not hard to do. I loosen up the fittings at the injectors while it is running and make sure that diesel is leaking out. The other fitting is on the engine downstream of the pump just before the two lines to the injectors split. Good luck!
