Satoh S650G Head

I have recently aquired a S650G. It is only running on 2 cylinders (1&4). How do I know? When I unplug the plug wires it makes no difference in the way it is running. My plugs are firing. Also the plugs will not tighten up on these cylinders. I probably need to take off the head and have it reworked. Does anyone have any suggestions? If I need valves or any other parts for the head where and how much? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
