I'm looking to buy this Stallion as my first tractor from our local park district. It has not been used for two years so now doesn't start. I talked to the mechanic and he thinks it probably needs a new battery and that there is possibly air in the fuel line. The park told him not to fix it because they have two tractors already and have no use for this one so they decided to sell it. I know the rear tires are starting to crack so obviously they will need to be replaced. The tractor is aesthetically fine so I'm not concerned with that.
Do you think that this is a reasonable issue to fix? Do you think $700 is a reasonable bid?
