Man that must have been a hard 145 hours to look like that and need a rebuild!!! Anybody believe that?
Actually this one doesn't look much worse than my YM240 did when I bought it. Mine has weathered paint vs bad repaint on this one. Maybe this is a jewel in the rough. ... Maybe.
I see an indication of lousy or ignorant maintenance here: The Yanmar fuel filter assembly is missing and replaced by a filter intended for a lawn mower.
Overall that price is reasonable considering condition, and loader, IF everything critical checks out ok and the problems are minor (brakes, loader hoses etc).
Really, this tractor is probably equivalent to the factory input at the VN 'refurbishing' factories.
EDIT - you guys are right, it says hours since rebuild.

/ Saw this on Craigslist, thought I'd share it, I bet they'd take less.
Someone has fitted a Nippondenso gear drive starter to it so take note you guys with 240/2000 YM's! I sure am I would love to have a decent starter on mine someday.

The tractor looks rough but the FEL caught my attention. I own a YM240 about the same age as it and it would be good for parts plus I'd have a original FEL but I have access to the family Kabota with a FEL right down the road and my 1975 ford f100 is in need of a transmission soon so I have to pass on it to keep the wife happy..lol!
