1986 JD 1050, and 1941 Avery
I am new to TBN. I have a 1985 Johne Deere 1050, and a 1936 Avery. The Avery was the first piece of mechanical farm equipment that came onto my dad's farm, when he was a boy! I keep it for sentimental reasons, but am sure someone will think it scrap metal, when I am no longer around to love it.

I have 31 acres that I tend, as well as run a few (currently 3) steers on, as well as a couple of horses.

I look forward to getting information and ideas from others. I can do many things, but am not the master mechanic that my dad was.

Thanks for the hospitality, y'all. I don't have pics of the Avery, but can get them, once I finish getting the rest of my tomato plants in the ground and the okra seed too! I have a MASSIVE case of Spring Fever, but it is fairly cool here today, and the wind doesn't help. I don't do cold! (Except when I am on my job in a barn, or the like, which is most of the winter. LOL)

Glad to have found this site. Thanks again!
