anyone know why my chute swings all the way to the right when I pull trigger to start main fan and auger? I can tell that it keeps tiring to go at the end of travel, the main fan and auger seem to work fine. The rocker switch does nothing but shut everything down if I turn it to the left. The wire that plugs into the 7 pin looks good, I was thinking something in the black box were this plugs into at the other end might be the culprit ? ( no idea what this is ) any ideas would be great thanks

can anyone tell me how to test the controller # 6678677 on this blower, it is over 500.00 to replace and I would like to test it before I order a new one

Only 2 ways to identify if controller is the problem.
1. Have dealer hook his computer, analyzer to the machine with the blower connect and he can check to see if it is communicating correct inputs and outputs from the machine.
2. step by step eliminate every other possibility that could be causing this.
some ideas for eliminating:
A - Loosen hoses to the shoot rotation and move back to center then retighten hoses. Then unplug the wire harness going to the machine. Start you your machine and engage the trigger on right handle (turning on fan and auger), if the chute still moves to the right without the harness connected then problem is in the diverter valve block. Most likely a stuck stem.
B. If chute doesn't rotate with the 7 pin cable disconnected try moving the rocket switch (left thumb button) to see if engine still dies. If it shuts the engine off, probably some type of short in the rocker/thumb paddle.

A- looks like the answer we swapped the two valves and the problem jumped to the diverter at the top of the chute so I have ordered a new valve
