i've found various things in tires.

if I know it's in there.. I get it out.

I drove one through the face of a tire. It was one of those ones that you pull out of a handle, one end for flat, the other for phillips head. Darn cheap junk cost me a tire. Sure wish I could return it to its rightful owner.
If they left it in when changing the tire it wouldn't do any great harm but the sound would be there if you listened closely. Personally I wuld take it out.

I've heard of putting golf balls, and sand in tires for balancing, but never a screwdriver.

If nothing else, the screwdriver unbalances the wheel/tire. I would remove it and rebalance the tire.

Easy now!! I've changed many a tire with only large screw drivers.

I like to use a crow bar when the tire spoons can't get enough leverage. I would get that screw driver out of there. It will scratch the rim and wear at the inside of the tire causing early failure.

This may be dumb question. But why would you balance a tractor tire? Unless someone added some weird tractor tire weights to only one sector of a rim. I just don't see the need. They don't spin fast enough.
