Or maybe I'm just showing my age? There was a time when finding a living local phone number was as simple as picking up a phone book... then Al Gore invented the internet and Anywho was born. :thumbsup: Good wasn't good enough though...
Now phone books are hard to find... and a simple search gives everything except what you're looking for. If I do a search for John Harrison, living 20 miles down the road- the same place he's been for 60 years- I really am not trying to find Jennifer Halbert, 250 miles away. Yet no phone info given... clicking on the link leads to another link, then another... eventually back to the POB yet I STILL don't have his number. Who says that the perpetual motion machine is an impossibility? I should have just driven to the guy's house and hoped he was there... except by the time I got done clicking endless links it was too late at night to go.
P.S., I should have posted a disclaimer in the heading;
This is a major rant!
