Searching for rear remote on 2210 info

I see where 2210 guy asked for information about this and also a response to look at page 2. I can't seem to find this and a search isn't bringing what I need up. Has anyone done this yet. I want to add a dual circuit to the rear. Also want to add one to the front to operate a grapple I am going to build.
