3-Point Hitch seat cut off switch prevents use of chipper

My BX24 you need to release the seat like your going to spin it around. Flipping it up over the steering wheel will still cause it to shut down. I know I did it yesterday.

I just bought a chipper for my BX 25. It works very well except that if engage the PTO power then get off the seat of the tractor, the engine stops. How does one avoid this issue?

What manufacturer/model chipper did you buy?
