Seat upgrade to get more height?

Anyone done an after market seat upgrade to the T494 series or similiar? Even with the height adjustment, I am going to need some additional height. Perhaps some square tubing under the base would work.

I used a piece of 2" x 3" square tubing. I thought I would want the 2" height, stood it on edge so I got 3" of height. Love it. I don't know why their seats are so low.

It's because they are Asian....very short people.

I used aluminum C channel, also moved back about 2 inches

And here I am, the short guy that had to take a 2" spacer that came from factory under the seat of my tractor.

Not too long ago, I saw a post on the TYM owners Facebook group with a lot of ideas to move the sit higher. From 2x4s to C channel, rectangular tubing and more.
