I had my dealer add a second set to my DK40se before taking delivery. I recall it cost me $300 extra installed. I gather it is not as much work as installing the first set of ports and it clearly is something an owner can do in an afternoon. It's nice to have two sets. I have one dedicated to the topping lift and I use the other for BH or chipper etc.

Are you referring to a power beyond setup? Did they stack the valve on the main valve under the seat, so you have a second lever with no detent next to the one with a detent?
Did it include hydraulic lines to the front of your tractor too, installed for $300?:confused2:
If so, that is the most amazing deal of the 21st century.

No, just two more ports right next to the standard ports. Yes, there is a separate lever with no spring detent right next to the stock one. No, my grapple hydraulics come off the FEL system via a WRLong diversion valve and there was a separate charge for installing that (I got the diversion valve free with a 4n1 bucket on eBay).

If your valve is a stacked valve, you can add more spools.

If they are mono block valves, then you can another valve in series using a PB port to feed the new valve.

All valves should have PB except the last valve in series.

All returns should go to tank.

I bought the second remote kit from my dealer $349.00 . Plan to install it this fall . I think doing projects your self will help you get to know the workings of your rig .There are plenty great folks here that will share thier knowledge if you run into a bind .
