Hello, The turnbuckle on my tie rod seems to be seized. Is there a secret to removing the tie rod/ends on a Yanmar 1500D? I have removed the nut on one side, the other side turns the threaded portion of the tie rod end with no apparent way to hold it. ie: there is no head to the bolt to hold to remove the nut, it appears to be inside the cap of the tie rod end. My hope is I can remove the tie rod and break the turnbuckle loose, or just replace it.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

Kurt.
If you post your problem on the Yanmar Forum someone will gladly help you out. I believe a 1500 4wd with problems with the Tie Rods and Spindales was just recently posted with picks. Don't hold me to that with my Half Timers still going on but someone will surely reply ;)
