I wanted to see how others were securing their hydraulic connections... I had the lower threaded connection on my QC female for the power beyond vibrate loose?? Not sure why it came loose but it did and fluid started flowing out at a fairly high rate. Probably lost a gallon before stopping tractor. With its location, the lower connection is difficult to access. In fact, I had to remove the upper QC on the power beyond just to get a wrench on the lower female nut. Does anyone use any type of thread lock on such connections? Its an 1-1/4" nut, so wasn't sure if thread lock would even hold it. I tightened it as best I could but power beyond hose gets rotated, it could possibly happen again. Any suggestions? Thanks
