Its been in the family for about 35 years. We have takin pretty good care of it but it wont keep up with my larger yard and bigger chores. My question is.... Whats it worth? I cant find any for sale on the internet. PLEASE give me a ballpark to start at. It runs good, mower deck has some holes in it, hydraulic lift. Thanks for any help.

Just as a ballpark, with the mower rusted through you might see in this economy $250-300 for it from someone looking for that model or a challenging restoration project. They are not very popular to restore, as good parts are very scarse. They were great for their time, but don't have the collector following or parts availability of an old Deere or Cub.

I am assuming no extra goodies like a sleeve hitch, snowblower, etc, just the tractor and mower deck? If so in my neck of the woods, it'd fetch somewhere around $400 in average worn running condition. If it has new(er) tires, a seat with less than 24 linear inches of duct tape repairs, no smoke, tight steering, minimal rust, maybe $550 to $600 on the high end.

Here is a similar machine on Ebay right now:
