Hi all,
I would have liked to be able to demo the Kioti KB2465 first, however the one dealer I have around here doesn't stock this model. I did take a look at one at Rick's, and my uncle also has one; I just didn't have a chance to try it.
In looking at it, compared with the Woods, the Kioti is much larger and the hydralics are much more substantial. There are two rams for swing compared to a single ram on the Woods. It's not so much the Woods is not a good backhoe, its that it is a much smaller unit. Since the KB2465 is Kioti's recommendation for the CK-20, I'll assume it should work with my tractor.
Yeah, the price is a little more than I would like, however there is a limited market for my model Woods here; I suspect my dealer will have it in their inventory for a little while. This is one of those times I'll have to bite the bullet on the cost, but such is life when you live on an island.
I'll post some before and after pictures.
Thanks for your comments.
