Hey all,

I decided to sell my F-3680 and replace it with a ZD-331 or similar diesel zero turn.
PM me if interested. It was just completely serviced and is mechanically very good. Recent motor mounts. Deck is much newer than tractor. New front tires this spring. 72” side discharge.

Mine is a keeper. Does a nice job (in low range) and comes out like a putting green no matter how high the 'lawn' is. My buddy was over today and remarked about it. When I told him what they cost new, he cringed. Me, I'm in no hurry what so ever anyway. The Racor fuel polishing filter I added seems to be doing the job, getting a little crap in the clear bowl now. Mine is a 2wd as I have no hills to contend with at all. Very happy with it but it does need a paint job this winter. I see Arto's fenders are white. Mine are black, like yours.

Why are you switching to a zero turn? I've thought about buying a front mount mower like that when my zero turn dies. Seems to me that having the mower out front would be nicer for mowing big areas, but it's still maneuverable enough to get around trees.

I sold it because it was too slow. They are great machines for large estate owners and steep hills, but a zero turn is 2-3 times faster in commercial applications.
I just replaced it with another ZD-1211-72.
Now I have 2 new ZD-1211’s and we can mow much faster.

Thanks. I didn't know that they where slower. Getting the lawn mown as fast as possible is the most important part of deciding what to buy. I hate my Scag zero turn, but when it's working, it's fast and has tons of power.

I sold one of my ZD1511’s with only 79hrs to step up to a new F3710-72 THINKING 4wd would be the answer to mowing my 30+ degree Steep Bank Horizontally.

4wd had superb traction BUT the rear steer Tail Swing wouldn’t stay Strait on this steep bank on my farm

I fluid filled all 4 tires & I still wasn’t happy

So I tried mowing my other 12+ acres wanting to accept it but as @Hay Dude mentioned : it’s too slow turning around, Maneuvering etc.

In hi range it’s faster than a ZD on flat golf course smooth terrain.

I loved the extra power but it just didn’t suit my back & forth mowing style So I traded it back in on a ZD1611-72

My F-3680 steering was very “twitchy” and I had a much more difficult time keeping it straight than a ZD.
The ZD is less fatiguing to operate when you have to mow 6-8-10 hours. My F beat me up more than the ZD’s.
