Price Check selling price fora lightly used JD 790 w/loader?

Gentlemen, first posting in a long while and wish I didn't have to make this one. A friend of mine just recently passed away in south Alabama and his wife is in a quandry about how to price out their tractor. It's a 2005 John Deere 790 equiped with a 300 FEL and an Eagle box blade (not sure how big). It's only got 242 hours on it and from what I know of them it was maintained very very well. She's got a neighbor interested in buying it but hasn't a clue to a fair asking/selling price. I've looked at tractorhouse and prices are all over the map but seem to be primarily dealers selling in the $15K range. Could ya'll give me some idea to clue her in?
