Selling price on a Mahindra Max 22??

I have a 2013 Mahindra Max 22 with loader and backhoe. Love the tractor, but need to sell it due to an unexpected car expense I'm having a hard time finding comps for it online, so figured I'd ask here what a fair asking price should be? Details are:

Year: 2013
Hours: 69
Attachments: Loader and MB-60 backhoe
Tires: Ag (not turf)
Seat: that weird spin-around seat that I actually hate, but I guess it's considered an upgrade
Last serviced: Spring 2016, at about 50 hours
Original price: think it was around 24k new, I still owe a bit that I need to recover when selling

Any and all thought, opinions, references welcome! My best guess right now is maybe around 11,500?

Those are real low hours so I would think you could get most of your original price if kept up. Picture?

Where do you live, ill buy it all for 11,500. I close on my house in a couple weeks and will have some extra cash to part with. You buy wisconsin?

Dealer is recommending I ask $15,000; that seems a little high to me...

And take really good pictures and give it a wash and wax job first. Get some of that black stuff to put on the tires too. Fresh looking paint sells.
