Just did 50 hour service on my 1610D from LMTC which was delivered back in March. A few days ago I found a stub axle seal leaking which required a new seal. Wayne shipped the new seal, new collar, and fan belt all at no charge to me. I did the labor and he even offered phone support which I took advantage of after not having a three jaw puller to get the brake drum off! We came up with another method and after working the 1610D in some hot weather it is just fine. He also offered some advice on a cooling additive since my ground is steep. This turned out to be a real plus. Wayne has been a great help to me and Yanmar ownership, this is the first time I have had a small compact 4WD tractor and some things are much different compared to an 8N Ford! In all, service after the sale has held very true from him and I feel certain it will always. I was reluctant to by "sight unseen" but thanks to you guys and TBN posts the decisions I made I think have all been positive!
