Hey guys, I might actually get the tractor pulled into the shop this year and really look it over to see if it's worth fixing. I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion as far as service manuals go. Seems there's some originals floating around, re-prints, disc copies. What have you guys used and what did you like or didn't like about them? I'm a diesel mechanic by trade, but don't have any tractor experience but what i've done to this one so I need an idiots guide for it necessarily. As far as I've been able to come up with it is 69 ford industrial 3500. It's 3 cyl diesel with a 4speed and torque convertor. I would really like repair the transmission. Story goes that someone hooked the box scraper and ended up breaking a gear so they just knocked that gear out of the set. I don't have second or fourth right now. Thank you in advance!!
