I bought a service manual for my 2660. With tax around $80. You would think that for that money the darned thing would come in a nice Kubota 3-ring binder, but no, just a pile of paper. The dealer said, "I hope you have a binder for it". I understand that they are in the TRACTOR business, but this should be so easy for them. As well as being in the tractor business, it is people who buy their products and that puts them in the people business as well. Both my 2660 and 23 are great. I buy parts from my local dealer, who takes good care of me, but Kubota just seems to not get some simple "customer service" issues. I guess I'd call them tone deaf!
