I MADE MY FIRST SERVICE APPOITMENT TODAY WITH MY DEALER FOR SOME WARRANTY WORK, AND I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW SMOOTH THINGS ARE GOING .I CALLED THE DEALER AROUND NOON TODAY AND SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR.I TOLD HIM OF THE PROBLEMS SIX IN ALL,RANGING FROM SLIGHT HYDRAULIC LEAKS ,BENT TOP LINK, CREEPING WHILE IDLING. HE SAID THAT THESE WERE ALL WARRANTY ITEMS AND COULD BE FIXED AS SOON AS TWO DAYS BUT FIVE DAYS AT MOST.WE THEN DISCUSSED TRANSPORTATION OF THE TRACTOR AND TO MY SURPRISE KUBOTA WILL BE PICKING UP THE DELIEVERY CHARGE BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY WORK.HE THEN SAID I WOULD BE GETTING A CALL FROM THEIR DRIVER TONIGHT TO SET UP A PICKUP TIME FOR THIS WEEK.BY THE TIME I GOT HOME A MESSAGE WAS ON THE MACHINE THAT THEY WILL BE HERE AT 8 AM TOMMORROW.NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE AND I COMMEND KUBOTA AND MY DEALER FOR THERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
