Sure would be a pita to bring home groceries. From the looks of things they probably just pay someone to do it though.

At the far right hand edge of the cliff in the first one you can see some sort of structure. My imagination says it is a BIG elevator ya drive into to be lowered into the house. The other two I'm sorta thinking "batcave" but the last one you can see some scaffolding up the right side.

The one in the middle was used in the filming of For Your Eyes Only, and has an elevator to bring supplies up. Or as was demonstrated in the movie, you can just climb the cliff face.
