Share a bh90 between 2 tractors?

I had one of those. I bought it 1977 and drove it from Winnipeg Manitoba to Toronto (about 1300 miles and 3 days). I had $140.00 and needed $100.00 for gas ( 10 mpg and gas was about .75 a gallon).I had a socket set, a pair of vice grips and a grease gun. No spare tire and no credit card. Never worried about a thing. Now I won't even drive to the grocery store without my cell phone. Wonder whatever happened to those carefree days. I ended up selling it for $500.0 in 1987 to a fellow who wanted to use it around his orchard. After sitting in a field for six years I put 2 batteries in it, dumped some gas down the carb and it fired right up and I drove it to his place. Don't know where it is now but I kinda wish I had it again. Yours looks like it's still in good shape. Maybe you'll get another 55 years out of it.

That sounds like a real adventure, I haven't done anything near that extreme but I have driven it every where it's been since I owned it. I bought it on a whim on ebay and I intended to convert it to a 4BT cummins diesel but when I saw how well it ran I couldn't make myself cut it up. Now I plan to restore it as an air force truck.

All in all it's in good shape. The hardtop is VERY rusty and I need to rebuild it but that's the only rust on the entire truck. It leaks like crazy but not so bad when you consider its gaskets are 54 years old.

I've been using it in my filbert orchard for the last 2 years. With the top off and the windshield down I can drive it just about anywhere.

Unfortunately, all of the above. All these modern conveniences have made it far too easy to become less self reliant.
