Brush Cutter blades should not be "sharp". They should be blunt. Their purpose is to "beat" an object into submission rather that cut it cleanly. Reason being regrowth is stunted. I've never sharpened a brush cutter blade.

I agree. Although I do not sharpen them to a knife edge and maintain the original factory bevel.I have to disagree. Even in brush. Especially in grass. Just a waste of horse power and time to lay it over.
