Car looks fairly new. Unless there was a mechanical failure, Careless should have been the minimum charge.
She must have been flying, to create that type of damage out in the field. And, may not even realize how lucky she was - she was pretty close to being decapitated.
Scary to think she'll be back on the road. I hope somebody in her life gets through to her, or even better enrolls her in a defensive driving course.
