I broke the shear pin on my snowblower. The top one. It is a Case Tractor and New Holland 716 snowblower. I can't see where the shear pin goes back in on this one??
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The piece with the bolt on it does not spin, but I can see the pto spinning behind it. Is the bolt on the top the sheer pin?
