shear pins 44 blower

I have a John Deere 44 blower. I have broken the rear shear pin on the impelller shaft. ( the one from the gear box not the main auger). How do I rotate the shaft to line up the holes?

Can't you rotate the impeller till the hole is lined up?

I can rotate the impeller but the whole shaft rotates with it. There are two sheer pins on the impeller, one in front of the other. One is missing the other is still there.

Ok, if one is missing and the other is still there, you can't find the hole for the missing one?
