I have, what I think is an "83" model 4030 Shibaura 4WD and the freeze plug is leaking. I was hoping someone would know where I can find a replacement plug.

It is probably a metric plug. Do you have a diameter?
Check with a New Holland dealer to find one. A 1510, 1710, 1910 or 2110 perhaps.
