Shibaura SD1843

Im looking into buying a Shibaura SD1843 4x4 22hp 3 cyl/recond w/ loader. Asking price is $7K. Looks fresh out of the container.Dont know much about this brand other than what the dealer has told me. Are they decent rigs? Is the price inline? Any opinions/help or expierences ?Thanks alot.
