Shibaura SD4000 Hydrulic Problems, Need Help

Shibaura SD4000 with frontend loader. The frontend loader works fine, power steering works fine. It has one pump to work everything including the 3 point hitch that barely works. It used to work fine. I've changed both filters, flushed the system and changed hydrulic fluid twice in one week to make sure it was clean. The 3 point hitch has no power, it will go up without any load on it very slowly, but will not even pick up a 100 lb implement. Also, when it does come up about eight inches with a load, as soon as you use the frontend loader it will drop back to the ground. I don't think its the pump because the loader will pick up a full load of dirt without any problem. The power steering works. I have never dug into hydrulic controls before and can't find any diagrams or help locally on this tractor. I'm at a loss.

If everything works except the 3pt and going by what you said what it is doing.

I would suggest that the 3pt valve is bad or the 3pt cyl seals are bad.

If you install a hyd gage in the flow path, and cause the 3pt cyl to max out, you should read relief pressure.

If you can't , something is leaking or bypassing.

I got it fixed. Pulled the hydrulic controls off and soaked it in carb cleaner over night, blew it out with 160 lbs of air pressure, filled it up with wd 40 and worked the up an down lever about fifty times and installed it. Works better then it has ever worked. I didn't even have to buy an O-ring.
