Can someone please help me out with a dumb question. How does shifting the Massey Ferguson 492 work? It has two shifters on the right side of the cab. The one is straightforward: first, second, third and reverse. The second shifter has a L and H and a rabbit and a turtle. This shifter is supposed to provide a low and high range which it seems to do, but how do you select the other range it appears to provide. For example, it shows a diagram on the inside of First gear-low-turtle; First gear-low-rabbit; First gear-high-turtle; and First gear-high-rabbit. Any help would be appreciated.
